Casino Eggs summary.
Hard-boil the eggs – normally ten minutes after the water begins to boil. Remove from water and let cool. Once the eggs are cool, remove the shells and cut in half lengthwise.
Place the egg yolks in a bowl and set the white halves on a serving plate. Add salt and pepper to the egg yolks and mix well. To the egg yolks, add mustard, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Place a spoonful of the mixture on each egg white half, garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve with fresh croissant.
