Lightly spiced elegant soup for a meal starter.
- Quality White Wine - ½ l (0 oz)
- Water - ½ l (0 oz)
- Cloves - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Vanillin Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Powdered Sugar - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Egg - 5
- Lemon Peel - 1
- Flour - 1 tbsp
Pour ½ l water and 0.1 l wine into a pot and add the spices. Bring it to a boil.
Mix the egg yolks with all the sugar and flour. Add the rest of the wine to the mixture. Bring it to a boil again, and strain the soup.
Cook the soup for another 10 minutes, stirring continuously.
Serve it with whipped cream and raisins on top.
