- Organic Mountain Lentil - 200 g (0.4 lbs)
- Bay Leave - 2
- Salt -
- Olive Oil - 1/2-1 dl (3.4 oz)
- Red Onion - 1
- Garlic - 4 cloves of
- Flour - 2 tbs (graham)
Soak the lentils for a night.
The next day, cook in pressure cooker with salt and bay leaf for 40-50 minutes.
Chop the onion. Press the garlic to remove the oil. Add to a pan and fry just a bit with the flour.
Remove the bay leaves and allow the lentils to cool.
Then add the garlic and onion, cook for a few more minutes. Serve it hot!
