- Potatoe - 6 large
- Zucchini - 1 large
- Parsley - 1 bunch of
- Garlic -
- Salt -
- Pepper -
- Red Pepper -
- Egg - 1
- Flour - 2-3 cups
- Oil - for frying
Peel the potatoes and grind to a paste.
Clean the zucchini and grate.
Wash and finely chop the bunch of parsley.
Mix the above ingredients well.
Add the eggs.
Season with salt and pepper and then sprinkle with red pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Add the flour and work well until you can make a patty.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
