- Vegetable Stew - Leftover for four
- Egg - 2
- Flour Starch - 2 tbs
- Oatmeal Germ - 2 tbs dry or
- Wheat Germ -
- Black Pepper - pinch of
- Seasoning -
- Baking Powder -
- Oil - to fry
Prepare Letcho in the usual way or use raw material (sausage, bacon).
Add the eggs, starch, wheat germ or oatmeal germ, baking powder and spices. Set aside and along to rise a bit.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add by tbs into the oil and fry until golden brown.
