- Flour - 500 g (1.1 lbs)
- Yeast - 2.50 g (0 lbs)
- Milk - 2.5 dl (8.5 oz)
- Sugar - 1 tbs
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Oil - 0.5 l (16.9 oz)
- Hot Dog - 8
- Egg Yolk - 1 for lubrication (before baking)
- Milk - little for lubrication (after cooking)
Place the yeast in the warm milk with the sugar and set aside.
Next add the flour to the yeast along with the salt and oil. Blend thoroughly. Then set aside for 1 hour and let double in size in a warm place.
On a floured surface, divide the dough into four equal pieces. Roll each one into rectangles. Place a hot dog in the center of each and fold over.
Put on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Brush with egg and let sit for around 45 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven. The brush with milk after baking.
