Visiting went and got this soup for lunch. Of course we came home with a recipe.
- Fruit Juice - 1.5L
- Fruit - 1 kg of (of your choice) (2.2 lbs)
- Vanilla Pudding Powder - 1 pack of (instant)
Blend the juice with the pudding powder until smooth. Chop the fruits and add to the juice.
Refrigerate and allow to cool.
