- Cauliflower - 700 g of (1.5 lbs)
- Egg - 1
- Flour - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Grated Cheese - 80g
- Salt -
- Pepper -
- Parsley -
- Ham - 5-100 g (can be omitted) (0 lbs)
- Oil - for frying
Boil the cauliflower in salt water.
When cooked, remove with slotted spoon to drain. Slice cauliflower.
Add the eggs, flour, spices and grated cheese in a bowl. Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes.
Dip the cauliflower in the flour mixture and fry until golden brown.
