Deep-fried Potato Cake

Ingredients:
- Potatoe - 840 g (1.9 lbs)
- Pastry Flour - 180-200 g (0.4 lbs)
- Salt -
Instructions:
The night before you plan on serving, clean the potatoes but do not peel. Leave on the skins.
The next day, peel and grate the potatoes. Add the flour and salt to the potatoes to the grated potatoes and knead.
Roll and cut into biscuits.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
