- Pasta - 400 g (0.9 lbs)
- Bacon - 1 pack
- Cottage Cheese - 250 g of (0.6 lbs)
- Sour Cream -
- Cheese -
- Salt -
Boil the pasta and rinse with cold water and drain as usual.
Pour into a bowl of cottage cheese mixed with 2 tbs of the sour cream and season with salt.
In a baking dish, place the bacon and cheese, then pour the batter over the top.
Cover with foil and bake uncovered in the oven.
Take out of oven and slice like a cake.
