- Flour - 600 g (1.3 lbs)
- Cottage Cheese - 500 g (1.1 lbs)
- Melted Butter - 330g
- Egg - 2
- Yeast Dissolved In A Little Milk - 30 g of or (0.1 lbs)
- Dry Yeast - 5 g of (0 lbs)
- Salt - 32 g (0.1 lbs)
- Grated Cheese -
Blend the cottage cheese, flour, yeast, and butter. Set aside for at least 20 minutes.
Roll out on a floured board and cut into biscuits using a glass.
Place in a baking pan lined with baking paper, cover with a towel and let sit for 30 minutes.
Brush the top with the egg-cream mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a pre-heated oven for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown. Good appetite!
