Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:
- Broccoli - 2 small head of
- Potato - 1 large
- Onion - 1
- Garlic Clove - 3-4
- Celery Leave - 2 sticks of
- Bouillon Cube - 2
- Water - 2 liters of (67.6 oz)
- Thyme - pinch of
- Nutmeg - pinch of grated
- Bay Leaf - 1
- Salt -
- Pepper -
- White Pepper -
- Cream - 3 ounces
Instructions:
Wash and cut vegetables. Cook broccoli with 2 liters of water to cover, until almost tender and then add the potatoes and other vegetables. Season with salt, add the bouillon cube. Cover and cook until tender.
When all the vegetables have softened remove from the heat. sprinkle with thyme, nutmeg, black and white pepper, and add the bay leaf. Pour in the cream, and allow to boil again.
