- Potatoe - 8 medium
- Bay Leaf - 1
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Black Pepper - pinch of
- Flour - 2 tbs
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Crushed Red Pepper - 1 tsp
- Sour Cream - 2 cup
Wash the potatoes, peel and slice thin.
Cook with the bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper.
When the potatoes are almost tender, fry the flour in the oil, remove from heat sprinkle a little red pepper. Add more water as needed until all lumps are gone. Spoon in the sour cream and add to the potatoes. Stir well and serve.
