- Olive Oil - 3 tbs
- Lemon Juice - 2 tbs
- Salt -
- Ground Pepper - Freshly
- Basil -
- Oregano -
- Cream Cheese - 125 g or (0.3 lbs)
- Feta -
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into thin slices.
Put the peppers in a bowl, sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt, pepper, oregano and basil, then carefully flip.
Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours allow the flavors to blend.
Add the diced cheese when serving.
