- Zucchini - 2 large
- Soft Tofu - 300-400 g (0.7 lbs)
- Bratwurst - 1 cold / approx. 10 cm /
- Garlic Clove - 4
- Salt -
Crumble the sausage and using a fork mix with the tofu.
Crush the garlic and add to the sausage mixture.
Cut the zucchini into sections, remove some of the insides but leave some at the bottom to hold in the stuffing.
Fill the zucchini with the sausage stuffing.
Place in casserole dish, cover with foil, bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.
