- Spinach Leave - 1 kg of (2.2 lbs)
- Olive Oil - 1/2 dl (3.4 oz)
- Finely Chopped Onion - 1 bunch of
- Grated Cheese - 150g
- Gomolyatúró - 250 g (soft goat cheese) (0.6 lbs)
- Parmesan Cheese - 3 tbs
- Finely Chopped Parsley - 1 bunch
- Chopped Dill - 1 tsp
- Egg - 4
- Strudel Dough - or
- Puff Pastry -

- Nutmeg -
Wash and chop the spinach and chop, then braise with a small amount of water. Drain and set aside to cool.
While the spinach is cooled, cut into small pieces and 1 bunch spring onions and braise in olive oil.
When done, add the spinach to the cheese, parsley, braised onions, dill, and the 4 beaten eggs.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg
In a baking pan, place the strudel dough or if using puff pastry sheets, place 5 sheets on the bottom, and brush with olive oil. Add the filling, and then cover with another layer of dough. Bake in preheated oven.
