Clean the chicken wings and place on a small baking sheet.
Clean the vegetables and cut into pieces. Add to the chicken wings. Sprinkle with 1-2 ounces of water.
Cover with aluminum foil and simmer in oven until vegetables are tender.
Baste the chicken wings with the juice in the pan.
