Classic roast chicken with a little piquancy.
- Chicken Wing - 12
- Honey - 3 tbs
- Oil - ½ cup
- Hot Paprika Cream - 2 tbs
- Vinegar - 1-2 tbs
- White Wine - ½ cup
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Marjoram - to taste
- Chopped Basil - ½ tbs
- Salt - to taste
- Paprika - 1 tbs
Clean the wings and salt them.
Pour oil, vinegar, and honey into a bowl, add garlic and spices, and mix them together.
Place the wings next to each other in a skillet and pour the mixture to cover them completely. Let them sit for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Pour a little wine under the wings and cover them with aluminium foil. Put the skillet into a preheated oven and bake them for 40-50 minutes.
Take the aluminium foil off and bake them until golden red.
Serve with potato puree or salad.
