- Pork Loin - 4 slices of
- Flour - 2 tbs
- Butter - 50g
- Oil - 1 tbs
- Onion - 1 medium
- Bay Leav - 2
- Ground Cumin - 1 tsp
- Crushed Red Pepper - 1 tsp
- Sour Cream - half cup of (small cup)
Chop the onion, fry in a bit of oil with red pepper until onion turns glassy. Pour 2-3 ounces of water, add the cumin and bay leaves. Allow to simmer.
While the onion is simmering, season the pork loins with salt and pepper, then roll in flour. Melt butter and fry chops for just a few seconds just until no longer red.
Add to the onion and add water as needed. When it begins to oil add sour cream and blend until smooth. Boil until it thickens slightly.
Serve with noodles or dumplings.
