By keeping everything in a bag, flavors remain very intense.
- Salmon - 4 slices
- Lemon - 1
- Carrot - 250 g (0.6 lbs)
- Whole Celery - 1
- Leek - 1
- Finely Chopped Dill - ½ bunch
- White Wine - ½ cup
- Bread -
Clean and dry the fish, and pour lemon juice over it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cut the vegetables into thin slices and mix them together.
Lay 4 pieces of aluminium foil and put the vegetables in them. Take up the edges of the foil pieces to make place for the wine. Pour it on them.
Cover them with foil and grill for 10-12 minutes. Place a few slices of bread next to them for a few minutes and toast them.
When cooked, open the bags and place some slices of lemon on the fish. Serve with browned bread.
