- Chicken Breast - 700g
- Cooking Cream - 200 ml (6.8 oz)
- Water - 0.5 ml (0 oz)
- Fried Onion - 1 can of
- Salt -
- Pepper -
- Cooked Pasta - or
- Cooked Rice -
Wash the chicken breasts and cut into cubes. Add to a frying pan with just a bit of oil and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add a couple of fried onions to the chicken and allow to simmer.
Season with salt and pepper, and pour in the cream and water mixture, add the remaining fried onions and stir well. Cook until chicken is done.
Serve with cooked noodles or rice.
