- Dried Red Bean - 400 g of (0.9 lbs)
- Bay Leave - 4
- Flour - 4 tbs
- Olive Oil - 4 s

- Sugar - 4 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbs
- Garlic - 1 head of
- Garlic Cloves - 4
- Red Pepper - 1 level S
- Hard-boiled Egg - 8
Soak the beans overnight in cold water. The next day, drain the beans and start to cook with fresh cold water.
Depending on the pressure cooker, cook beans approx. 60 minutes, season with salt and bay leaf.
Braise the onions and crushed garlic in a frying pan, add the flour.
Add the red pepper, then pull from the heat.
Add the mixture to the beans along with the sugar and vinegar.
Serve hot with the hard boiled eggs!
