- Pork Liver - 600 g (1.3 lbs)
- Onion - 2 large
- Clove - 5 garlic
- Milk - 2 dl (6.8 oz)
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Hot Paprika - 1 tsp
- Sweet Paprika - 1 tsp
- Ground Black Pepper - freshly
- Marjoram - 2 tsp
- Fat - 2 tbs
Clean and slice the liver.
Mix the milk, sugar, salt, and crushed garlic and then add to the liver.
Place in the refrigerator for one hour to marinate. Drain.
Slice the onions in rings and heat slightly in a frying pan with the hot fat. Add the liver with salt, pepper and marjoram, fry for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Take off the heat and add the peppers. Cover with a lid and let sit for 10 minutes. Serve.
