Chop the onion and red onion and braise in oil.
Cut the chicken breasts into strips and add to the onion, fry until chicken turns white.
Add a spoonful of red pepper, mix well, then add water.
Cut the carrots into very thin strips and put in the pan, along with the mushrooms, peas and corn. Seasoning to taste, and simmer for half an hour.
