- Minced Pork - 300 g (0.7 lbs)
- Sour Cream - 2 cup
- Onion - 1 medium
- Salt -
- Ground Black Pepper - 2 tsp
- Marjoram - 2 tsp
If you have a food processor, you can add a bowl of flour and two eggs and process, if the dough is too hard, add a little water and work knead until it no longer sticks. It should be a little thicker than the usual pasta, cut into half-inch strips, and then boil in salted water. When cooked, rinse with cold water and set aside.
Finely chop the onions and chop them finely, simmer with a bit of fat and minced meat, sprinkle 2 tsp marjoram, 2 tsp ground pepper and salt. Add the meat to the pasta and stir. Place one ounce of sour cream to the center of the dish.
Can be served with Beetroot salad or lettuce.
