- Turkey Breast Fillet - 400 grams of (cut into strips) (0.9 lbs)
- Oil - 2 tbs
- Seasoning - fried chicken
- Pepper - to taste
- Cinnamon - to taste
- Light Soy Sauce - 1 tbs
- Honey - 2 tbs
- Orange - 1 large peeled and sliced
- Food Starch - 1 tsp
- Pasta - 200 g (0.4 lbs)
Cut the turkey breast into thin strips, sprinkle with fried chicken seasoning and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
Heat up the oil, fry the turkey strips until they turn white then flip. When both sides are white, add the soy sauce, honey and little cinnamon and pepper to taste, simmer for 10 minutes covered. When the turkey is soft, add the orange slices and cook another 5 minutes.
Add a tsp of starch mixed with 2 tbswater into the pan.
Cook the pasta 6-7 minutes in salted water, drain and serve with the turkey.
