- Oil - for frying
Cut the onion into very small pieces and put in a large bowl. Add the crushed garlic.
Soak the bread in water and then press out all the water.
Add the minced meat, eggs, seasoning, and blend together.
Add the breadcrumbs. Shape into balls and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
