Egg Barley

Great main course or side dish similar to rice pilaf.
Ingredients:
- Pig Limb Or Shoulder - 1000 g (2.2 lbs)
- Dry Sausage - 1
- Smoked Bacon - 200 g (0.4 lbs)
- Potato - 2
- Egg Barley / Egg Drop Noodles - 500 g (1.1 lbs)
- Onion - 4
- Garlic - 4-5 cloves
- Paprika - 2
- Tomato - 2
- Hot Pepper - 1
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 tsp
- Ground Cumin - 1 tsp
- Paprika - 2 tbs
Instructions:
Place half of the bacon into a large pot and simmer it with chopped onion. Add mashed garlic, chopped tomato and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add chopped meat, salt, black pepper, and cumin. Cook for a few minutes, then take off the pot from the heat and add paprika. Take it back and pour enough water to cover the meat.
Saute the rest of the bacon and add the egg barley. Cook it until brown.
Once the meat starts to soft, add egg barley, chopped potato and sliced sausage and cook until done. Refill the water that evaporates. Once the meat, the barley and the potato is ready, there is no need to refill water.
