Savoury-creamy pasta which can be served as a main menu or a dessert - salty or sweet.
- Pasta (spaghetti/noodles/penne) - 500 g (1.1 lbs)
- Cottage Cheese - 500 g (1.1 lbs)
- Sour Cream - 2 cups
- Egg - 1
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
- Smoked Bacon - 300 g (0.7 lbs)
- Butter - 1 tbsp
Get a pot and fill it with water. Place the pasta into the pot and add a pinch of salt and a little oil and cook it for about 10-12 minutes. When it is soft, pour off the pasta and wash in cold water.
Mix the cottage cheese with the sour cream and the egg. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Combine the mixture with the pasta.
Get a skillet, butter it, and put the pasta with the cottage cheese into it.
Dice the bacon and saute for a few minutes in a pan. Pour it on the pasta together with the oil.
Put the skillet with the pasta into a preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
Serve with sour cream on top. Skip the bacon if it is a dessert and put powdered sugar on top.
