- Cottage Cheese - 250 g of (0.6 lbs)
- Sour Cream - 1 small cup of
- Bacon - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Sausage - 200 g (2 pairs crispy Vienna) (0.4 lbs)

- Smoked Cheese - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Swiss Cheese - 150 g v (0.3 lbs)

Chop the bacon and fry.
Wile the bacon is frying, grate the cheese, blend with cottage cheese and sour cream. Add the mashed garlic, salt and pepper. When bacon is done cooking add to the mixture.
Cut the zucchini in slice about half an inch. Slice the onions and sausage.
Preheat the oven.
Place half of the zucchini, onions and sausage in a single layer into a baking dish. Add a layer of bacon cheese sauce, the rest of the zucchini, onions, and sausage. Cover with foil and bake for approx. 40-50 minutes to soften the vegetables.
