- Boneless Turkey Breast Halve - 8
- Ham Slice - 8
- Swiss Cheese - 8
- Egg - 3-4
- Flour - 300 g (0.7 lbs)
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
- Breadcrumb - 1 packet
Flatten or beat the turkey breast to ¼ inch thickness and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Place a cheese and ham slice on each breast. Roll the edges of the turkey over the filling and secure with toothpicks.
Dip the rolled slices into flour, mixed eggs and breadcrumbs. Bake them on medium heat until browned on all sides.
Remove the toothpicks, and serve warm with mashed potatoes or salad.
