- Pork Loin - 4 inch slices of
- Egg - 4
- Garlic Clove - 2
- Salt -
- Ground Black Pepper - freshly
- Olive Oil - 2 tbs
- Flour -
- Water - 3 ounces of
Boil the eggs and set aside.
Mash the garlic and then rub on the inside of the meat. Season with salt and pepper.
In the center of each pork loin insert the hard boiled egg. Roll in flour, season again with salt and pepper.
Fry each side for 1-2 minutes in oil, then pour in the water, cover and cook until tender. Turn as needed.
