Wash the chicken legs thoroughly and season with salt and pepper.
In a large baking sheet place the chicken legs with the chicken fat.
Pour the beer over the chicken.
Bake in preheated oven after covering with foil.
Turn half way through baking.
When the legs are done, remove the foil and let the chicken brown.
