Delicious and healthy pancake with a lot of protein.
- Flour - 250 g (0.6 lbs)
- Egg - 2
- Milk - 0.3 l (10.1 oz)
- Soda Water - 1 cup
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 1 pinch
- Oil - ½ cup
- Cottage Cheese - 250 g (0.6 lbs)
- Rasped Lemon Peel - 1 lemon
- Raisin - to taste
- Sugar/vanilla Sugar - to taste
- Cream - 1 cup
Stir flour, egg, milk, soda, salt and sugar and make pancakes.
Mix cottage cheese with cream, sugar, raisins and rasped lemon peel. Fill each pancake and roll them up.
Serve sprinkled with a little sugar. Cottage cheese fit well with fruit jam, especially with apricot jam.
