Easy, moist cake with juicy fresh sour cherries on top.
- Flour - 200 g (0.4 lbs)
- Powdered Sugar - 80 g (0.2 lbs)
- Butter - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Egg - 1
- Baking Powder - 1 pinch
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Pitted Sour Cherry - 1000 g (2.2 lbs)
- Sour Cream - 2 cup
- Sugar - 5 tbs
- Milk - 0.3 l (10.1 oz)
- Vanilla Pudding Powder - 1 packet
- Cake Gelatin - 2 packet
- Sour Cherry Syrup Mixed With Water - 2 cups
- Sugar - 2 tbs
Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and butter. Add sugar and an egg. Knead and stretch the dough and place it into a medium-sized skillet.
Combine the pudding powder with milk and sugar and cook until smooth. Add sour cream and pour it on the dough.
Place sour cherries on top, and bake the cake for about 25 minutes over medium heat.
Prepare the cake gelatin and pour it on the cake.
