Healthy homemade alternative to the luxurious Raffaello dessert.
- Flour - 3 tbs
- Milk - 0.3 l (10.1 oz)
- Vanillin Sugar - 1 packet
- Sugar - 5 tbs
- Shredded Coconut - 150 g (0.3 lbs)
- Baking Powder - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Shredded Coconut - 50 g (0.1 lbs)
- Whole Almond - 1 packet
Melt the butter at room temperature.
Mix the flour with the milk. Add sugar and vanillin sugar, and cook until thick. Cool the cream down and add 150 g shredded coconut and butter. Mix well and put it into fridge for 2-3 hours.
Form small balls out of the cream, and place an almond in each. Roll the balls into coconut.
