Sift the flour bowl, add the remaining ingredients listed above the plums, and mix well. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
Wash the plums.
roll out the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper sprinkle with semolina.
Cut up the plums and place on top of the dough. Sprinkle with brown cane sugar, then add the vanilla and cinnamon.
Whip the egg whites with powdered sugar and lemon juice until stiff peaks are formed. Spread over the top of the plums.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
