- Egg - 7
- Sugar - 7 tbsp
- Flour - 7 tbsp
- Baking Powder - 1 tsp
- Chocolate Pudding - 2 packets
- Rum - 1 tbsp
- Cream - 0.3 l (10.1 oz)
- Fruits - or
- Raisins - to taste
- Chocolate - 2 tbsp
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the sugar with the yolks. Gradually fold in the flour and the baking powder. Put it into a buttered and floured pan and bake for about 15 min in a preheated oven.
Make the chocolate pudding according to the instructions and pour in the rum.
Cut the cake into cubes and pile them into a bowl. Spread the chocolate pudding over the top and then place fruits over the cake cubes.
Serve the cake with whipped cream and smooth chocolate.
