- Margarine - 100 grams of (0.2 lbs)
- Powdered Sugar - 100 g of (or an equivalent amount of sweetener) (0.2 lbs)
- Egg - 2
- Yogurt - 1 oz natural
- Flour - 120 g (0.3 lbs)
- Baking Powder - Party pack of
- Vanilla Sugar - 1 pack of
- Peach - 3
Blend the margarine and sugar in a food processor.
Add the eggs and yogurt, mix again until blended.
Finally, mix in the dry ingredients: baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour mixture.
Grease the pie pan with margarine and flour. Spread the batter into the pan and top with peach.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or bake for about 10-15 minutes at 160 degrees.
