Sweet apple combines with nourishing potato and cheese in this cheap and easy dish.
- Potato - 500 g (1.1 lbs)
- Onion - 200 g (0.4 lbs)
- Apple - 1
- Greasy Cheese - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Oil - 1 tbs
- Sour Cream - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 3
- Milk - 4-5 tbs
- Dried Thyne - 1 tsp
- Pie Crust - 1 packet
Clean, peel and slice the potato and onion. Peel and chop the apples. Rasp the cheese. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC/390 ºF.
Heat the oil in a pot and simmer the onion until translucent.
Mix the sour cream, eggs, milk and thyne. Season with salt and pepper.
Strech the dough into a skillet and place the potato slices, onion and apples on it. Pour with the sour cream mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake the pie for about 40-45 minutes until brownish.
