- Plum - 400 g (0.9 lbs)
- Sugar - 4 tbs
- Flour - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Pehelymix Flake Mix - 100 g (oats, wheat flakes, etc.) (0.2 lbs)
- Butter - 100g
- Salt - pinch of
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Wash the plums, cut in half and remove the pits. Combine 3 tbs sugar and the cinnamon.
Mix the flour with the remaining 1 tbs sugar, salt and flakes! Diced the cold butter by hand, and mix with the flakes.
Sprinkle the crumbs on top of the plums.
Bake in preheated oven! You are done when the top is golden brown!
