- Margarine - 4x2 flat squares
- Egg - 3
- Sugar - to taste
- Cinnamon -
- Vanilla Sugar -
- Brioche - 4 pieces roughly 4cm thick,
- Peach - canned
- Powdered Sugar - for sprinkling
Cut the brioche into 4 thick slices with a sharp knife, Then cut each slice but not completely through.
Open the can of peaches and cut into small cubes or thin slices.
Open the slots in the cakes and fill with the peaches.
Beat the eggs and add sugar and vanilla sugar and cinnamon to taste as well. Dip the cakes in the egg mixture.
In a frying pan add a bit of margarine and when the pan is hot, add the cake. Fry and kind of pat the cake until brown, flip and repeat. Do the same to each cake until done.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with the remaining peaches.
