- Pasta Noodle - 500 g short (1.1 lbs)
- Salt -
- Oil -
- Walnut - 150 g chopped (0.3 lbs)
- Sugar - 100 g caster (0.2 lbs)
- Honey - 1 tbs
- Apricot Jam - to taste home-made (Sweet Tooth boxes)
Cook the noodles in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes, drain, and drizzle with a little oil to prevent it from sticking together.
Mix the powdered sugar with the crushed nuts and toss with the hot pasta. The pasta must be warm so the powdered sugar will melt. You can use honey if you prefer. Top with the homemade apricot jam and pecan halves.
