The taste of sour cherries fit well with sweet cottage cheese.
- Cottage/curd Cheese - 200 g (0.4 lbs)
- Sour Cream - 90 g (0.2 lbs)
- Butter - 50 g (0.1 lbs)
- Milk - 4 tbs
- Egg Yolk - 6
- Flour - 60 g (0.1 lbs)
- Glucose Powder - 20 g (0 lbs)
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbs
- Egg Whites - 6
- Sugar Mixed With Vanillin Sugar - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Pitted Sour Cherry - 500 g (1.1 lbs)
Combine the cottage cheese, sour cream and butter. Add milk gradually, stirring continuously.
Combine flour with salt and glucose powder. Add the flour, egg yolks, and lemon juice to the cottage cheese mixture.
Mix egg whites and sugar with a mixer machine, and add them too. Stir well.
Place the mixture into a skillet with baking paper. Sprinkle pitted sour cherries on top.
Bake until golden, for about 60-70 minutes, over medium heat.
Let it cool down and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
