It only takes 40 minutes to make this tasty cake.
- Egg - 4
- Sugar - 150 g (0.3 lbs)
- Oil - ½ cup
- Milk - ½ cup
- Flour - 10 tbs
- Baking Powder - 1 packet
- Cottage/curd Cheese - 250 g (0.6 lbs)
- Butter - 125 g (0.3 lbs)
- Powdered Sugar - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Vanillin Sugar - 1 packet
- Grated Lemon Peel - 1
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbs
Combine the egg yolks with sugar, and mix until frothy. Add oil, milk, beaten egg whites and flour mixed with baking powder.
Bake the dough until done and cut it into two identical halves.
Combine the ingredients of the filling and mix them until frothy. Spread the mixture between the two halves of pastry.
Serve with powdered sugar on top.
