These crescents are best warm from the oven, with milk.
- Flour - 300 g (0.7 lbs)
- Butter - 150 g (0.3 lbs)
- Salt - 1pinch
- Sugar - 1.5 tbs
- Cream Cheese - 4 tbs
- Sour Cream - 2 tbs
- Egg - 1
- Cinnamon - 2 tbs
Combine the flour, the butter, and a pinch of salt.
Add sugar, cream cheese, egg yolks, and sour cream. Work together well and put into fridge for an hour.
Cut the dough into two halves, and knead two circles out of them. Spread with egg whites and cinnamon.
Cut the circles into 16 sections and roll the pieces into crescents. Spread with egg whites on top.
Place them on a baking paper and bake them in the oven.
Spread them with sugared water to have a glossy effect.
