These cookies taste best while they are still warm, with milk.
- Flour - 250 g (0.6 lbs)
- Baking Powder - 1 pinch
- Powdered Sugar - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Vanillin Sugar - 1 packet
- Ground Cinnamon - 2 tsp
- Egg Yolk - 2
- Butter - 150 g (0.3 lbs)
Combine 250 g flour and 1 pinch of baking powder in a bowl. Add 1 tsp cinnamon, 80 g powdered sugar, 1 packet vanillin sugar, 2 egg yolks, 150 g butter, and mix them well with a machine.
Wrap the dough into a foil and put into fridge for an hour.
Roll the dough and cut into 6 equal pieces. Cut them into 1-inch pieces and form crescents.
Place the crescents on a baking paper, and bake them in the oven.
Combine 20 g powdered sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle the crescents with the mixture.
