- Dark Chocolate - 200g
- Butter - 17.50 g (0 lbs)
- Salt - 1 large pinch of
- Sugar - 150 g (0.3 lbs)
- Flour - 130g
- Egg - 3
Preheat the oven and line a baking dish with baking paper.
Melt the chocolate, butter and salt together.
When it is almost completely cooled, using an electric mixer, stir the sugar and the eggs until it form peaks around 5 minutes.
Using a wooden spoon, gently rotate into the flour and pour the dough into the baking pan.
Bake about 35 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or any ice cream
