Heavenly tasty muffins with marzipan cream, which gives them a wonderful creamy consistency.
- Butter - 150 g (0.3 lbs)
- Powdered Sugar - 150 g (0.3 lbs)
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Marzipan Cream - 100 g (0.2 lbs)
- Egg - 2
- Flour - 200 g (0.4 lbs)
- Baking Powder - 2 tsp
- Milk - 4 tbs
- Blueberry - 250 g (0.6 lbs)
- Vanillin Sugar - 1 packet
- Lemon Peel - 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC/350 ºF and grease the muffin cups.
In a bowl, mix butter until creamy. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one by one, beating after each.
Add vanillin sugar, salt, baking powder, flour, milk and marzipan cream. Mix well.
Stir in some fresh blueberries.
Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups, place them into the oven and bake for about 15 minutes
Once ready, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
