- Blackberrie - 450 g (1 lbs)
- Yogurt - 600 ml natural (20.3 oz)
- Cream - 150 ml (5.1 oz)
- Orange Peel - 1 organic
- Orange Juice - 60 ml (2 oz)
- Sugar - 90 g brown (0.2 lbs)
Wash the blackberries thoroughly and set a few aside to use for garnish.
Grate the orange zest and place a bit aside for garnish.
In a blender add the yogurt, blackberries, the orange zest, juice, sugar, and cream. Blend well, pour through a sieve, which will remove the seeds. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Garnish with blackberries and orange peel.
